Tim’s understanding of local construction methods and materials, particularly in fire and life safety, plays a key role in his projects achieving code compliance. Tim is able to adeptly integrate technology such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit Architecture, Pathfinder, and Pyrosim into his workflow. His standout skills in project management, client relations, and meticulous attention to code compliance, including conducting field reviews, delivering occupancy demonstrations, and preparing comprehensive reports, define his contributions.
