Project Engineer
Caroline is a professional engineer as well as a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) with years of experience in fire protection industry ranging from firefighting, code consulting, and investigations.
After receiving a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) from IPIQ (Institut de Protection des Incendies du Québec) and a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Technical Firefighting Studies, Caroline began her career as a municipal firefighter and worked in the prevention division of the Montreal Fire Department.
Today, she holds a Building Engineering degree and is currently completing her master’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering. In addition to the different internships in engineering where she familiarized herself with building systems, Caroline has previously worked as a forensic engineer conducting fire and explosion investigations and carrying out laboratory tests and studies to verify hypotheses on the nature and cause of accidents.
